Legality

All products transacted through PT. Kontakperkasa Futures is listed on the Jakarta Futures Exchange (BBJ), Customer guarantee funds (margin) are deposited with the Indonesian Futures Clearing House and the implementation of transactions is directly supervised by Bappebti based on the provisions of Law no. 32 of 1997 as amended into Law no. 10 of 2011, Presidential Decree, Government Regulation no. 49 of 2014, Decrees from the Head of Bappebti, and Circular Letters from the Head of Bappebti.

Online Registration Facility

We provide facilities for prospective customers who want to join PT. Kontakperkasa Futures by registering online by accessing the website.

Online Trading & Demo Account Facilities

The company has provided a special portal for online transactions via the internet. This facility is equipped with real time price spreads, chart displays and tools, market information, etc. PT. Kontakperkasa Futures also provides Demo Account or Transaction Simulation facilities so that prospective customers better understand and master the functions of the online trading system.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Security System

Implementation of a One Time Password (OTP) when logging into the online trading transaction system.

Futures Broker Representative

The company is supported by Professional Futures Broker Representatives who have been certified by Bappebti.

Segregated Accounts

All Customer funds are placed in a Segregated Account PT. Kontakperkasa Futures has been approved by Bappebti and is separate from company assets.

Research & Development Department

This department is responsible for both internal and external company development, providing information services, providing education and research on the futures industry, etc.

Daily Transaction Reporting

Every day customers will receive a customer transaction report containing records of transactions carried out by the customer concerned via email. Although customers can find out their transaction records directly through the online trading system.

Sitna Program

In the context of transaction transparency, we provide the Sitna program to every customer to view these transactions on the Jakarta Futures Exchange (BBJ) and Indonesian Futures Clearing (KBI).

Withdrawal

- Fund withdrawal forms can be done electronically (online),

- Funds can be processed within one working day (T+1) and conditions are met.

Dispute Resolution Means

Handling customer complaints refers to Bappebti Regulation Number 4 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Resolving Customer Disputes in the Commodity Futures Trading Sector.
